For the purposes of our automation infrastructure, we will use the following data:
Identification and Contact
Full name, email address, telephone number, and business address.
Asset and Financial Data
Information necessary for payment processing and commission disbursement (handled in encrypted form through Stripe).
Operational Information
Data regarding the management of services, appointments, inventories, and business performance metrics.
2. Purposes of data processing
The personal data we collect will be used for the following purposes, which are necessary for the service you request:
- Providing access to the technological infrastructure and to Chambifly’s “Digital Brain”.
- Managing payment processing, subscriptions, and the automatic disbursement of commissions through split technology.
- Providing technical support and personalized assistance through soporte@chambifly.com.
Additionally, we will use your information for the following secondary purpose, which allows us to improve our offering:
Product Optimization and Improvement
We privately collect operational information and usage metrics for statistical analysis, training of Artificial Intelligence algorithms, and continuous improvement of the infrastructure’s automation features.
3. No-Transfer and Total Privacy Policy
At Chambifly, confidentiality is an absolute priority. We inform you that we do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your personal data, nor the information of the end clients of the businesses that use our infrastructure, to third parties outside our operation for profit, commercial, or marketing purposes.
The only permitted transfers are those necessary for technical operation (such as payment processing via Stripe) or those required by legal mandate of the competent authorities.

All collected information is handled privately and safeguarded under strict digital security and encryption protocols. Chambifly implements technical and administrative measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or misuse of your personal data.
5. ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Objection)
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for, and the conditions under which we use it (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your information (Rectification); to have it removed from our records (Cancellation); or to object to the use of your data for specific purposes (Objection).
